Sous Chef Andalucia Garlic Crusher 12cm Cookware

This charming Andalucia garlic crusher, also called a Spanish grater plate, is for rubbing garlic cloves over. It produces a fine garlic paste that you can use as the base of all sorts of recipes, or mix into salad dressings and marinades. It’s easier to clean than a hinged garlic crusher too.

The garlic grater plate measures 12cm in diameter.
