This copper core pan is made with five layers of material, helping to provide impressive, professional results. A copper core is sandwiched between two layers of aluminium, and finished with two layers of stainless steel. 

Each material offers different properties. The pan is very reactive to temperature changes – it’ll heat up quickly, and cool down quickly when removed from heat, giving greater control with your cooking. The durable stainless steel also means this pan is long-lasting.

This saucepan comes in three sizes:
