Salsa Macha is a Mexican condiment originating from Veracruz that is typically made with a blend of dried chillies, nuts, seeds and oil. It is called a salsa but has a much finer and crisper texture than that of a fresh salsa roja or pico de gallo.  

Ingredients: soybean oil, mix smoked chilli peppers 42%, peanut, sesame, garlic, sugar, iodized salt, mix of spices, preservative E202
