Casa Marrazzo’s whole cherry ‘Corbarino’ tomatoes in sea water are grown on the hilly outcrop of land between Naples and Salerno – the Lattari mountains. These deep red tomatoes are small, firm, and sweet. They are slightly pear-shaped, and look beautiful halved and stirred into pasta sauces or served simply crushed on toasted bread for Spanish-style breakfast of pan con tomate. 

The tomatoes are preserved in purified sea water, which maintains the bright colour and adds an extra layer of seasoned flavour.
