These tortilla chips are seasoned with Celestun salt from the salt-flats of Yucatan – a wetland salt that has been produced since the days of the ancient Mayans. Blanco Nino have partnered with a social enterprise in the process of sourcing this salt for their products in order to maintain and preserve their ingredients and practices of the indigenous people.
These tortilla chips are vegan and gluten-free.

Blanco Nino arose from one man’s pursity of the perfect tortilla. From his travels across Mexico visiting milpas, molinos and tortillerias, founder Philli Mountain discovered a thousand year old recipe which he brought home to Ireland and adapted to create a range of chips with the perfect crunch.
Blanco Nino only uses non-GMO corn in their tortillas, which is cooked and then stained overnight before being ground and shaped on hand-carved Mexican stones. A meticulous three day process from start to finish, but the final crunch is worth the wait.
Ingredients: Non-GMO white corn (78.7%), sunflower oil, sea salt (1.1.%) celusten salt (0.2%).
